As the RE/MAX network continues to grow, so has the RE/MAX Approved Supplier Program - one of the largest of its kind in the real estate industry.
The program consists of more than 150 suppliers who provide RE/MAX Affiliates with a full spectrum of products and services to meet their professional needs. Each RE/MAX Approved Supplier is an independent Contractor selling products or services directly to RE/MAX Affiliates.
Affiliates are entitled to obtain products and services from any source they choose, but Approved Suppliers offer the best alternative in several important ways:
- All Approved Suppliers have been given the RE/MAX Trademark and Graphic Standards Manual, and are contractually obligated to meet all RE/MAX standards in their products and services. Affiliates who deal with vendors outside the Approved Supplier Program must themselves accept the responsibility to ensure compliance with these standards.
- Approved Suppliers are committed to Affiliate satisfaction in terms of competitive pricing, quality and timeliness. This allows Affiliates a better opportunity for prompt service at a reasonable price, high-quality products, and volume discounts.
- Approved Suppliers are easy to reach through the catalog or through the eMarketPlace on RE/MAX Mainstreet. Full contact information, including phone and fax numbers and email addresses are included. Additionally, almost all Approved Suppliers have Web sites through which Affiliates can gather information and order merchandise at any time. Suppliers in the eMarketPlace are listed by company name, type of product or service, and state or province.
- Many Approved Suppliers are willing to ship items in stock overnight.
- Many Approved Suppliers are on hand at RE/MAX International Conventions and other RE/MAX gatherings, making it easy to deal with them in person and build lasting professional relationships.
The RE/MAX Approved Supplier Program makes shopping easier for Affiliates, while at the same time allowing them to avoid the risks and responsibilities of going elsewhere. Approved Suppliers appreciate the opportunity to serve Affiliates' needs - now and into the future. | | |
